Anyone can join the program. The programs are tailored to your specific needs.
When can I join?
You may join at any time through completing the application form on our website.
What is the delivery mode of the program?
It is pretty simple, once you fill out the application form on our website the program will be available to you within 3 days once it has been processed and assessed. You will then have access to the workout program, nutrition plan and everything you might need through the website.
Will I need a gym membership?
We have gym-based and home-based workout programs, if you can’t access a gym we’ll opt you for the home workout program.
How long are the workouts?
They are mostly not time-based so it will really depend on your pace. Workouts usually take between 40 minutes to 2 hours.
How many days will I workout?
This depends on your preferences and schedule; our programs are tailored for you. You will workout as often as your schedule permits.
Can I workout if I am totally new to fitness?
Yes, anyone can join; whether you you’ve been working out for 20 years or don’t know what a dumbbell is.
Can women do this program too?
Of course! Women shouldn’t be training any different than men. Our program will help you achieve your dream body.
Which plan should I sign up for?
This really depends on your personal goals. If you want to get lean, then you need a plan that shreds fat but if you want to get bigger then need a plan that bulks. I will provide you with the program that meets your needs.
What fitness level are your programs?
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, our plans are personalized to your fitness level. Again, ANYONE can sign up regardless of where you are at.
How can I reach out to customer support?

Can I/ should I work out every day?
Probably not. Follow your workout plan and you’ll get to where you want to be!
Are there demonstrations for exercises?
Don’t’ worry about that! We have video links for every exercise to help you if you’re having trouble performing them.
Can I sign up if I am a teenager? Is working out bad for me?
No! Working out safely while proper nutrition will not harm your growth, weight lifting has many benefits for teens.
Are there specific machines and equipment needed at the gym?
Our programs fit for any gym and if it’s difficult for you to access a gym go for our home workout program.
Will I have a cheat meal in my plan?
Not if you are bulking, you will have a “re-feed day” if you are shredding. The plan will let you know how many and how often.
What can I do if I am hungry? Can I have an extra snack?
You should follow the plan to achieve best results, however; you can choose the timings of your meals and mix and match between them to avoid hunger.
Are supplements required?
No they are not required, it is totally up to you if you want to take supplements and we will be providing you with a supplement guide for extra information for what’s right for you and what’s not if you do choose to include supplements.
Are the nutrition plans personalized?
I don’t follow a “one size fits all” approach, all the meal and workout plans are personalized for every client.
How can I refund/cancel my membership?
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll proceed from there.
What is the Refund policy?
14 days from your initial payment, this does not include program automatic renewal.
How do the subscription payments work?
They are recurring payment billed every 12 weeks.
What are my payment options?
You can pay online through our website via credit/debit card.
How can I cancel Recurring payments (Auto Renewal)?
Click on your profile button then click personal info then choose from the menu payment settings and press on the cancel auto renewal button.
